Retrieve Labeled Database/Database Category

SQLSourceSafe provides history management at the folder level that is either the database category or the entire Visual SourceSafe project. The history of all database objects under the selected folder will be displayed.

To access to folder history, choose SourceSafe\History from main menu or right click on the category or project on the SourceSafe pane and then select History from the context menu. The system will open the History Option Dialog box prompting user to specify search criteria to filter the search result. The search/filter options are: starting time (From), end time (To), and the user account in Visual SourceSafe (User). If all fields are specified, only the changes made by the specified user during the specified time period, for the database objects under the selected category or project will be displayed.

The labeled database items under the selected database category/project will be retrieved. If you want to know what database items are included in the labeled version and their version number, you can click the View button.  The included database items will be displayed in a dialog box (Figure 3).
