There are
two methods to select database items to compare. One is to select database items on both
panels. Another one is to select one
database item on one side and right click it to select the same object on the
other side.
Method 1: When two comparing databases are selected, you can select the two
comparing SQL objects. You can:

click the object. A context menu “Search
same object on other side” will show up. By selecting the menu option will the
program will look for the same object on the other side. If same object is found, the object will be
selected and highlighted. Otherwise, a
message box will show up to prompt you synchronize the two objects as shown in
Figure 3.

The Refresh button will reload the database information. This will
update both database names in the database name drop down list, and all
database objects for the selected database in both panes.
After the refresh operation, the application resets the object selection - the previously selection is gone. User needs to re-select an object type or an individual object to perform a DB schema comparison.
