| Description |
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with technical
sales and marketing experience to direct our company in building new products
and new areas for growth. Specific areas of interest are software products for
telecommunications, retail, and financial services industry. This highly
visible position would be based in New Jersey and would report directly to the
president.
Responsibilities:

Identify new products and opportunities that match Best SoftTool's capabilities
and strategic business plan. Use knowledge of resources, technical expertise
and market position to explore growth areas and provide a long-term business
plan.

Establish a formal sales strategy that targets new application areas for our
current product line. This should include technical training of current sales
staff so that they may assist in achieving sales goals, along with input
concerning marketing techniques.

Identify, assist and meet with new and current customers to determine the type
of products they require, and, implement a strategy for procuring such
business.

Provide technical and market expertise to direct and facilitate the design and
implementation of new products.

Research and analyze target markets and present short and long term business
planning. Analyze competition and implement effective marketing and
technological strategies to counter.

Submit and execute a marketing campaign focused on "spreading the word" for the
new product line.

Participate in trade shows, and the creation of promotional materials.

A Senior .Net Developer is needed to join our development
team. As a Senior .Net Developer, you will be responsible for the timely
delivery of software built to the architecture and functional requirements. You
will also be required to use your expertise to support and mentor junior team
members. This is largely not a client facing role, but excellent communication
skills and the ability to work in a team environment are paramount.

| Requirement |
To succeed you will have at least five years commercial
experience as a developer and at least 12 months commercial experience of .NET.
Your technical expertise will include at least five of the technologies listed
